And if you are fortunate enough to get through all the endless menus and speak to a person they will often tell you that they can’t access the information necessary to help you. And remember, it is impossible to do an accurate audit of DOD.
It would be fitting to have all of the buck passers responsible for this forced to retire and then wait for their retirement forms to be processed using the current system. Like the cook has has to eat their own cooking.
